DmC review

DmC is a reboot to the very loved Devil may cry games this new game was a fresh start for Dante along with a new design, and boy were fans pissed about Dante new look. But dispite the hate the game came out and people either hate or love this game, I as both a DMC fan and a honest joe will give my thoughts on the game. I will try to be fair as I tell about what I hate and like about his game.

First off I got to say that I hate the people who made this game, the developer of Ninja theory is such a prick!!!! He trashed both the old DMC gamesand us fans, said Dante's look wastent cool enough, said a bunch of bull crap about the old DMC games were all about being cool and that it took elements from a bunch of Hollywood movies and much much more. Earth to  Tam tam, the people who you dissed are the ones paying for this game so that youll have the mony to buy your tight shirts!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really he says that DMC isnt cool anymore even though he wears tight shirts lke it's the 80s. Well with that's said I'll get onto the next subject.

I really wonder why capcom wanted to reboot the DMC series when it didn't need REBOOTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You reboot somthing when the series is finished all qustions have been answered and if you played DMC4 you'll know that the old series was far from over, there was tons of questions left to be answered and more things that capcom could have explored but noooooooooooo. Your probuly thinking the reason is that DMC4 didn't sell well but wrong it sold very well in fact I think it sold more then DMC3 so capcom had no reason to "reboot this" and try to fix somthing that wastent broken. I think they wanted to get out of the shadow of DMC since the orignal creator left capcom and went on and made better games like bayonetta.

Now lest talk about the characters, now I'm not going to judg the game based on this but the new Dante looks STUPID!!!!!!!!!! At first we had a devil slayer who was a total bad @$$ but was a guy you would want to hang out with. Now we have a dousch bag who litterly says F U to every thing he sees. I'm not joking the new Dante is a guy whos try's to hard to be cool while old Dante dosnt need to try to be cool because he's bad @$$ but still a nice guy. And I would like to say F U to all you dicks who are calling us fans overly dramatic fanboys and girls, we have a perfiect reason to be angry!!!!!!!! Yes we are mad about the hair but that's just the tip of the ice berg. You see we're mad because NT turned a beloved chracter like Dante into a total asshole, taking away his white hair and lovableness is like taking away Mario's mastuch and plumber clouths. So shut the frick up because what would happen if your favorite chracter was changed like that?!!! Now on to Virgil...........he has it worse. At first he was a totured soul who you felt sorry for but in DmC he has 0 honor!!!!!!!!! I won't give anything away but lest just say that the new Virgil is not as likable then the old one. Now as for Kat, she's no Trish thats for sure heck I even think Kyrie could beat the crap out of her. The only chracter change I like is Mundus because it fits with the story the game is trying to tell.

Now as for story, I kind of liked it. The problem is that it takes a lot from movies expesuly from a great cult film called They live! It even takes some things from Futurama believe it or not. But still the story is okay, it's those kind of story's were the media is curupted and all man kind is blind to the truth.


Now as for gameplay, it's with out a doubt the games best steragth, it's very fun and addictive plus easy, very very very very easy. No joke the problem with the game play is that it's too easy, it's not ths big a issue for me because I care more about story but I know a lot of people likes a challange.


So that's my thoughts, does it deserve all the hate? No but is difently not diserves all the prash it gets from critic. I really think those so called critics were either paid off or never played a old DMC game. I think this game is good and I will play it in the future but I hhtik it would have been more liked if it was its own game and not part of the DMC franchise. It could have been a tribute to the DMC series like Metal gear did with action films but not a DMC game it self. If it had been that way then peel wouldn't hate the main chracter because he's not a very loved chracter.
