i watch over my city for it needs me

I'm in a comic book mode so I was trying to create a new hero, then I thought I really liked Spectro so I made a anime/comic book version of him, im still putting the characters and story together but well see how it go's. I think I'll make it a mix between Bleach (of course), daredevil and spawn.

Please let me know what ya think and give me some ideas and characters to make this story a great one.
